    To Whom it may concern,

I am Roger Vanzila MUNSi writing from Nagoya. I would like to get an appointment for my tourist visa. I planned to visit my brothers in Vienna between August 8 or 10 and August 25. I hold a Congolese (DRC) passport but I have been living in Japan since 1999. I am currently working at Nanzan University.
Is it possible to visit your Center on Thursday morning for the visa process?

I look forward to hearing from you soon.
    Sincerely,
    Roger Vanzila MUNSI
