My – Mr C E Clayton’s – passport renewal application has been with HMPO in Durham for 3 months – Ref PEX 358 425 8788

My wife’s – Mrs J R Clayton’s – renewal application was sent in on 16 October – PEX 358 050 5488 – it has been acknowledged and processed and is being posted to us in Cape Town South Africa as we speak. Her documentation included a rental agreement which – in a covering letter – I explained may be needed in support of my renewal application. I have heard nothing

No reason has been given for the delay with my (Mr.) passport’s renewal, nor have I been asked for further info or documentation.

Can someone please follow this up urgently as we may need to travel before year-end for personal reasons.

    Thank you – Clive Clayton – +27813783580
