UK Passport renewal: Please advise on the following points:
-Can renewal application be made by post rather than online?
-Regarding the passport photograph, for renewal, does reverse of photograph have to be countersigned. Website is somewhat ambiguous on this point.
Tried calling the Embassy, but was unable to make contact with a real person.
