I am holding a Malaysian passport and planning to have a business trip to Mexico. My flight will depart from Guangzhou and transit at Vancouver before fly into Mexico City.
My question is, do I need a visa for the transit at Vancouver?

Hope everyone is well ,
I am holding a Hong Kong SAR passport and planning to have a family trip in Montreal and Quebec,
I get married, worked and lived in Malaysia over 15 years,
I checked IRCC website and I found out I can apply eTA to enter Canada
My question
1: Once I filled in all informations in ” onlineseverices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca/eta/ and Press ” save and Payment” ,
the page showed ” Your seesion has expired , HTTP error 404″
That means I cannot do the payment CAD7 or I cannot use this website to apply eTA?
2: I found out there are some website : canada-travelauthorization.com they can process the eTA with the cost USD 79 – 89 ,
is that official eTA ? Can I appy thought their services ?
3: OR i need to appy Canada Visitor Visa to enter Canada ? ( I am still HKSAR citizen and I am MY PR in Malaysia )
