Extension for temporary resident status and temporary resident permits
Dear Sir or Madam,
My granddaughter Clara-Sofia Saad is in Toronto since March 2020 with a work and travel visa/correspondence letter. The visa expires (March 9), but she would like to stay in Canada for a few more months.
She can support herself financially through a job at Chipotle, Mexican Grill/Restaurant at 319 Queen Street West M5V 2A4 and lives in a shared apartment with friends.
She entered Canada with her dog and it is imperative that she leaves with her dog. This is very difficult at the moment, because of Covid 19 there are no big planes that can take the dog with them (prepared cargo room). This is one of the reasons why she wants to stay longer in Canada, so that she can leave with her dog in the summer.
She has tried since mid-January to reach the immigration office, consulate, embassy, etc., but has not succeeded because of Covid 19. She has to leave in March
otherwiser she will be living illegally in Canada.
She needs help urgently, can you help her.
Here are her coordinates:
Clara-Sofia Saad
German nationality
born on 18.19.2001 (19 years) in Bonn, Germany

Could you please contact my granddaughter so that she can finally get ahead?
Thanks and kind regards
Ute Saad
