    Dear Sir or Madam,
    on 2nd October 2017 we sent a package of a clarinete to Australia which belongs to CITES II. DHL was in charge of that service.

    We got the export license from the German custom office. But unfortunately the process didn’t run as expected and the requested documents (including the CITES permit) were not sent back to us or to the German customer office.
    Therefore the export permit was declared as unapproved afterwards. The costumer has recieved the package anyway.
    We would kindly request you to check this process and give us some information. The MRN was 17DE 965669083 606E0.

      Just as an FYI. The details posted here pertaining to the location of Customs and AQIS (Now known as Department of Home Affairs and Department of Agriculture) is wrong.

      Customs House (or Border Force House) Tullamarine is located on the corner of Centre and Grants Road, Tullamarine. There is no street number and is identifiable by the Flag Pole bearing the Asutralian Flag, that is raised during business hours located out front of the building.

      Opening hours are 8:00am until 5:00pm.
      Client counter for Agriculture opens at 8:00am
      Client counter for Border Force (Customs declarations) opens at 8:30 am.

    Your clearance of postal material is an international joke. This is the third year running my Christmas parcels will not reach my grandchildren for Christmas Day despite satisfying Christmas deadlines in the sending country. Thanks for bugger all. You’re no better than so called least developed nations.

      I flew back to Melbourne airport from Vietnam on 08/05/2019. 1 of the Customs officer took my Australian passport and mobile phone. He ran a security test on my mobile phone for almost 2 hours. I was very tired. When they return the phone to me, I left for home. They did not returned the passport to me and I forget to ask it back. After 6 days I realised the fact that they didn’t give back my Australian passport. What should I do now? How can I contact the customs officer in the airport to get my passport back?

    Dear Madam/Sir,
    We were traveling in the above flight from Melbourne to Kualalumpur. At the end of the travel we were trying catch the next flight and forget to check all belongings in the rush as the transit time was short. When reached Cochin fight and tried to find the wallet to realize that I lost it. By then flight was on the move. We tried to report it to the Cochin Airpoort official without great success. They advice us that we take this matter directly with the airlines office.

    This morning I spoke to one of the customer services Official and she was very helpful and give us the hope that if they find it they will endeavor to return to to the right full owner. She asked me send these details for your pursual of the matter.

    This is to inform and report that my wallet was lost in the above flight. And the wallet contained the following items

    My Australian Drivers License
    4or 5 x Bank cards
    My senior citizen card
    My Health care card
    Travel concession passes
    Working with Children card
    And an item unique to this wallet which I can disclose to you if necessary. There could be few more cards as well.

    Please help track my parcel. My tracking record is Em747583042IN. worth $300. Antiviral capsules. It arrived at Melbourne customs 1.3.2022. 3 months ago. Both Australia post and Australian custom clearance are waiting for each other. I have received no correspondence.
    I was told it has a case no 4887950 but no progress is being made.

    I ordered a package from Drone-Clone Xperts.Inc in the USA in November 2022. According to the tracking information provided the package arrived in AUSTRALIA on January 10, 2023 at 10:05 am. The tracking number provided is LB42760644US. I have checked with Australia Post and they have advised that the package has not been cleared through Customs as yet. Given the delay can you please advise what the hold up is? The final delivery location is situated in Trafalgar, Victoria.
