I’m a Japanese tourist, and I want to extend my visa here in PH, currently in La Union now, do I need to go there in Dagupan branch? Or there is an online application? Or if not, do I need to book an appointment before going there? Because the phonelines are busy.
Always over many years received good professional and helpful service.
