I’m a Japanese tourist, and I want to extend my visa here in PH, currently in La Union now, do I need to go there in Dagupan branch? Or there is an online application? Or if not, do I need to book an appointment before going there? Because the phonelines are busy.

I’m 70 yrs. old retired since 2019, I worked in Papua New Guinea for 30 yrs. My former company told me that they will apply a Rev Visa for me to visit them on site for a couple of weeks, therefore the visa is just to visit. (not working)
Now my question is what are the document needed for me to travel. I think the following will be ok for me to travel, please advise.
    1. Visa
    2. Return Ticket
    3. NBI Clearance
    Kind regards,
    Romeo
