because the agency tell that they not allowed the minors travel alone, but i call already in the emirates airline

them in their staff, and give the details who pick up them in manila airport.. but the agency tell that possible they

now its coming expired their visa by next month thats why i need to booked them a ticket but the agency tell its not allowed
to travel the minors without guardian.. my kids is 12 & 14 yrs old.

Hi! Not really a good day and yesterday. Just now I would like to share my experience with my fiance in this airport in dubai terminal 1.. while she’s going out and scan her passport it’s all okey and then one of the staff damage here passport and this lady blaming my partner why she travel with damage passport. Int the first place before she travel going in dubai everthing is well and she check her passport very well with ni damge. How come the immigration let her pass when the passport is damage already?? Wheres the logic?? And this time they hold her around 11:00am in the morning yesterday until 3:00pm in the afternoon. They tell they will deport her in philippines because she lied! In the first place I know my fiancee more than you guys there. One pilipina supervisor assist her there, and my fiance ask them to check the cctv and they check . Like there’s nothing happen!! Mu fiance keep on crying and they telling her she’s a lier?? And when u guys check the camera why you not let her to see also the fotage? Just to cover up the mistake of your employes? You let her go yesterday with anything or assisting her and the lady broke her passport you didn’t give an action. And one of your staff telling her to take check of her passport next time?? Where is the justice?
