My son completed his+2 in the year 2020 and appeared for NEET exams. However, he needs to appear again in 2021 for eligibility. In the meantime he has crossed 18 years of age. He is also registered to write JEE exams from Dubai. Since he has not got admission to a college in 2020 and expected to get it in 2021, I would like his visa extended for a year till December 2021. Could you help us out for this.

    Respected Sir / Madam,

My parents came to Dubai on visit visa and due to Covid my father passed away in Rashid Hospital.
Now my mother is alone as me, my brother and my sister stay in UAE and we are not willing to
send her back to India due to her old age and no one to look after her in india.

As per UAE law to sponser parents minimum salary is AED. 20,000, but unfortunately my salary and
my brother’s salary is less than AED. 20,000 – but if we add both of the salary it is more than AED. 20,000.

I just want to request the authorities, can we apply for my mother Residence visa on Humanitarian ground.

It would be a great help and relief for us if our request is accpted.

    Thanks & regards,

    Adil
