    His Excellency
The Ambassador of Liberia Accredited to Belgium
    11 Rue Archimed,
    1st Floor
    1000 Brussels, Belgium

    Your Excellency:

We sincerely greet you, your family, Staff, and pray that this note meets you in the state of goof health.

My wife and I have established an Orphanage in Liberia, our former Country, to become parents of Orphan kids who have reluctantly become victims of the Liberian Civil War and EBOLA Epidemic. This is our contribution to our former Country and Government. We are requesting Visas because we are now Norwegians.

We posted all requirements for visas:
    2 Passports
    2 Yellow books
2 sets of Applications Forms &
Copy of receipt for 300 EU as double entrance fees
    for two adults.

These documents were posted last Wednesday June 13, 2018 as expressed mail thru Posten, a Norwegian counterpart of DHL which told us that the package was delivered Friday June 15, 2018 to one Mr. Bolou of the Embassy. Unfortunately, when we contacted the Embassy on the status of our mail, she told us she had not received it.
We are appealing to you most respectfully to use your good offices in getting our documents and granting us Visas that we may not forfeit our flight which is scheduled 28th June, 2018. May God richly bless you with good health, long life and prosperity.

    Respectfully yours,

    Irvin W. Kofa
