Dear All,
I hope my email finds you well.
Kindly note that I have a fantastic & unique land located and possesses a front-line view of the Sakkara Pyramid of Egypt, the land is owned by our family.
The site commands a magnificent view and is beautifully situated in the midst of palm trees while bordering the desert.
The land can be used as a park and recreational area for the Emirate community/ Emirate embassy staff in Egypt.
The land can possibly contains luxurious resort and facilities like indoor-outdoor swimming pool along with large landscape, horse stalls, GYM….etc. (the best use of it for sure will be decided upon your decision)
Taking into consideration that the New Grand Egyptian Museum will be opened end of this year and Sphnix new airport as well which is located in Cairo – Alex Desert Road, and both of them will be closed to the land.
