Colombian consuls may issue this Passport to Colombian citizens in one of the following situations:
- Deportees
- Expelled
- Repatriated
- Poachers
- To Colombians with a competent order for the annulment of their current Passport.
- Other grave situations that the Colombian consul deems extraordinary and require the citizen to return immediately to the country.

Procedure to apply Colombia Passport
- Fill the online application to expedite the process at the office.
- Make your appointment for free and without intermediaries
- Go personally to one of the designated passport offices with the required documents.
- The minor must be accompanied by one of his parents or his legal representative (who must identify themselves with their national identity card.
- Here a photograph will be taken, as well as a fingerprint scan and handwriting recognition. No need to take pictures with you.
- Pay the passport fee at the issuing desk, through a bank or through electronic means approved by the Ministry of External Affairs.

- For minors, the passport is issued to the father, mother, legal representative or agent who conducted the procedure with the minor. In the process of obtaining a citizenship card, this person must identify himself with a valid citizenship card, password or documents and submit a minor’s identity card or civil birth certificate.
