Documents Required
Normal Passport required
- Completed application form
- Birth Certificate original and copy
- Two recent Passport sized Photos
- Marriage certificate, Decree Absolute or Certificate of Annulment.(If married women)
- An applicant, who has changed his or her name, must submit the Deed Poll
- Fee receipt
Required for Seaman’s Passport
- Letter from Captain/Agent regarding employment in the boat
- EC $30.00 stamps
- Two recent passport photographs
- Original and copy of birth certificate or previous passport
- Names of two arbitrators of high rank in the community
Required for Collective Passports
- Completed application form
- Surname, Christian Names and Passport No. of Chairman and Vice-Chairman
- The group leader should provide a passport size photograph.
- Available from Passport and Immigration Department.
- List of names and details of team members: surname, Christian names, place of birth, date of birth, place of residence
Procedure to apply Dominica Passport
- Visit the nearest Dominica embassy, consulate, or High Commission abroad. or apply online
- Submit all the required documents and application form
- When applying for a first-time passport to start the Dominica passport process, you must attend a virtual interview with an immigration concession at the police headquarters in Roseau at an embassy, consulate or high commission. Consular officers are available by appointment.
- Persons residing abroad may apply through the nearest Dominican High Commission/Consulate or send the completed application to a relative or friend.
- Photo ID such as a driver’s license or social security card must be presented when collecting passports.
- Foreign. Passport processing time is two (2) weeks. However, family or emergency medical treatment abroad in case of death, persons may be facilitated.
Processing Fees of Dominica Passport
Adult passport – EC$150.00
Children under 16 – EC$75.00.
