Urgent Passport Requirement

Valid Residence/Kebele ID or National ID
Authenticated Birth Certificate for Ages Below 50 years
When additional supporting document needed as necessary: –
Parents i.e. Father’s or Mother’s or Sister’s or Brother’s or Uncle’s or Aunt’s of valid Residence ID/Organizational Work ID or Driver license or Educational documents or Business Licence in his/her/family name or taxpayer ID.

Minor Passport Requirement

If Parent, Valid Kebele ID of his/her mother/father or copy of passport information page
If Guardian , legal document from court
Authenticated Birth Certificate of the Applicant.

First, set up an appointment for yourself on the ePassport site.
Visit the passport office on the date you are issued
You should bring a complete set of relevant requirements with you when you visit the passport office
Only in exceptional and emergency cases will processing of passport application be permitted without an appointment

First you need to select the application platform
Select the location and city
When selecting the application site, it is recommended to select the branch office of INVEA nearest to where you issued your ID
Select your date and time
Fill in your personal information.
Upload personal photo, ID and birth certificate documents,
Before you submit the final application form, check all the information once to make sure
Then pay the appointment fee
Print the document for your reference. Also, the printed application form helps you with the purpose of payment.

The Ethiopian passport has a 5-years validity period.
