Procedure to apply for Israeli Passport
- If you are in Israel, book an appointment at Misrad Hapnim for each person who needs a passport – including small children.
- If you are abroad, you should reach the Embassy of Israel in the country to file your application for a passport
- Go to Misrad Hapnim on the assigned day, and follow the instructions given to you there. Everyone who needs a passport must be physically present.
- Fill up the Application Form for Passport and submit it
- Pay the fees for renewal after filling out the form
- Written consent of every person with parental responsibility before a passport can be issued to a child.
What are the Documents Required?
Documents Required to Passport in Israel
- Your identity card (your driving license will not be accepted)
- Child ID (for minor Passport)
- If your child has a passport (even if it is expired)
- If the children are below 6 years of age, you can bring 2 passport photos if it is difficult to photograph them.
- Original Adoption License (in case of absence of parents)
- Original certificate from foster supervisor
- Everyone’s ID on the original breeding license (all of them must come to the application)
- Original Guardianship Order
