What are the Documents Required?
Documents Required
- One new photo 4×5 cm
- Original Civil ID of the child and a copy of it
- Copy of the child’s birth certificate
- Copy of the latest educational certificate (if the child is seven years old or older)
- The legal representative shall be present along with the Civil ID card and a copy of it
Procedure to apply and obtain a Kuwait Passport
- Applicants must obtain the required application for issuance of a passport from one of the service centers in Kuwait, which will be as per the address on their Civil ID card.
- Priority will be given to senior citizens and differently abled persons from 8-10 am at service centers offering this application.
- Applicants must write their signature and leave their fingerprints (for proof of identity) before receiving the application
- Applicants below 10 years of age need not write their signature
- Applicants below 12 years of age are not required to provide fingerprints
