Parents Valid Identity Card
If parental rights are exercised by one of the parents, the request is submitted by the parent entrusted with the custody and education of the person with the consent of the other parent, who, if necessary, requests an opinion from the competent authority. Center for Social Work, (consent of mother/father/guardian)
If required, a guardianship certificate is required for a person under guardianship

27 years of age and older – 10 Years

Locate the nearest Passport Offices or Macedonia Embassy
Obtain the application form in person or download it from the official website if available.
Pay the applicable passport fees.
Submit the completed application form and all the required documents and fees to the passport office.
When submitting a request for the issuance of a passport, biometric data is taken from the citizen – a photograph, two fingerprints, as well as a handwritten signature in digital form. Minors under the age of 12 are not fingerprinted.
Wait for the processing of your passport application. This can take some time, so it’s advisable to apply well before any planned travel.
Normally it takes more than 15 days from the date of submission of the request to get the passport
If there are no objective impediments to the application in the urgent procedure, the passport is produced within 48 hours from the date.
Collection of emergency passports submitted to all competent organizational units of the Ministry of the Interior will be done at the Ministry of Internal Affairs
