How to apply and obtain Marshall Islands Passport
- Passports are issued and processed only by the Office of the Attorney General of the Republic of the Marshall Islands. As a result, you must complete an application and mail it to the Office of the Attorney General in Majuro, Marshall Islands.

Documents Required
- 2 passport photos (2×2) on WHITE BACKGROUND. Please write the name of the applicant at the back of each photo.
- Provide a copy of your old passport
- Provide a copy of the I-94
- Make checks payable to the Secretary of Finance in the amount of the application. PLEASE DO NOT SEND MONEY.

Renewal procedure
- Determine whether your current Marshall Islands passport has expired or is about to expire. To avoid travel interruptions, begin the renewal process well in advance of the expiration date.
