How can i reach your services for update

I have apply for an evisa ref: 8yobb560.
It is paid and approved but I don’t recieved the mail of confirmation. I have to- take my plane in 02 hours times. I have send request on support@evisa.gov.et and the Feedback support whitoout having any responses.
Please try to tell them to send me urgently the visa approval document.

Please i have been calling this number for 10 days straight +251.111301000 yet no one answers. I haven’t received a text to go get my passport and people that gave there fingerprint on the same day as me have received a text to get there passport not only that people that gave there photo and fingerprint almost a month later than me have received there passport i tried coming over to talk on why i haven’t received mine but i have been treated like a dog and was kicked off when i call the help line there is no one to answer i sent numerous emails but yet i have no reply please i just what to know if there is a problem with my form so i can fix it or at least tell me why you skiped mine. i just need so information about my case.
