Dear Sir/Madam: This regards to my application to Change Condition, Extend My Stay as Visitor, V331568892 UCI: 9239-2289. I sent my application April 16, 2019 and was received April 18, 2019. I was emailed by IRCC on Aug. 6, 2019 in the morning instructing me to have a Medical Examination. However, in the afternoon of the same date, I was emailed that my application is approved and my stay will end December 6, 2019. Sir/Madam, I would like to know if I need to comply of the process? Definitely, I will return back home to the Philippines on December 4, 2019. Thank you so much. Shirley I. Dumon
