What is an Investor visa?

  • For those who conduct business and invest in Australia, this visa is available. It enables indefinite residence in Australia. You must have a qualifying visa that has been granted on a specific basis in order to apply as the primary applicant.

Who are eligible?

  • You must be in possession of the Subclass 162 – Investor (Provisional) visa that was issued to you in light of the fact that you met the fundamental requirements for that visa.
  • You must have spent at least 2 years living in Australia while holding a Subclass 162 (Investor (Provisional) visa during the four years prior to the application’s due date. The two years do not have to be consecutive.
  • There is no age limit for this visa.
  • You must meet our health requirements, and depending on their circumstances, any family members who apply with you may also need to meet our requirements for health.
  • You must meet our character requirement, along with any family members applying for the visa with you who are 16 years old or older.
  • Sign the Australian values statement
  • If you owe the Australian Government money, you must have paid it back or made arrangements for it to be paid back. This includes any members of your family who have not filed for the visa with you.
  • have kept your designated investment of AUD1.5 million that you made for the purpose of meeting a requirement for the issuance of Subclass 162 – Investor (Provisional) visa consistently for at least 4 years in your name or your name and your partner’s name.

What is the cost?

  • The primary applicant must pay AUD2,570 for the visa. Each family member who applies for the visa with you must pay a fee as well.

How long you can stay?

  • It is a long-term visa. It permits indefinite residence in Australia. The travel portion of the visa expires five years after the day it was granted.

Document Required

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Please provide color copies of the pages from your existing passport that display your picture, contact information, and the issue and expiration dates.
  • Please provide two recent (45mm x 35mm) pictures for each applicant.
  • proof of residence.
  • To be granted a Subclass 162 – Investor, you must demonstrate that you have retained your Designated Investment of at least AUD1.5 million.
  • Please provide evidence of your partner‘s identity and relationship with you.
  • When applying with a dependent who is under the age of 18, please include the following information:copy of the adoption papers, birth certificates, or family books listing the names of both parents for all of your dependant children.
  • Any candidate under the age of 18 who wants to immigrate to Australia needs permission.
