I was trying to email the Kuwait embassy in Tashkent using the following email: tashkent@mofa.gov.kw and the email got sent back.
this was the email I sent:
Good morning,
I would like some help. I am a British citizen and am teaching at the British School Tashkent. I will be moving to Kuwait to work at the British School Kuwait on the 24th August and leave Tashkent on the 7th July. I was wondering whether it is possible to get the work visa from your embassy in this country before I leave here. I was speaking to HR at British School Kuwait and they asked me to check your requirements.
I presume you need the following:
Passport
Degree certificate notarised and checked by the FCO
Police check from here – does this need to be checked/ legalised by anyone else?
Medical
Please let me know if I can do this in the time given and also if I require anything else. I need to send my Degree Certificate copy, which has just been certified by the British Embassy, to the FCO in UK for legalisation and hopefully that should be done in two weeks. I am also aware that Eid falls around the middle of June. If you are able to help me, when should I get the medical and police check done?
Thank you very much for your help in advance.
Kind regards,
Rachel Teague
