    Dear officers.
I had made an official complain thro email and registered post to Ministry of extnal affairs and Imigresen Kuala Lumpur regarding a foreign citizen who has been misusing spouse visa and had been blacklisted by Seremban imigresen. The person’s name is Rajasree Puthenkovilakkam Ravi varma Passport: P5853450 who is my sister in law has been denied spouse visa in seremban and yet staying in Malaysia continuos,y for more than 30 days. I am unable to reach any of the putrajaya Immigration website to forward the complain letters and reply letters from the departments. I have made a police report too as the person is endangering my brother by misusing him and forcing to get address of people whom they are not staying . The girl has high level contacts in Dubai and the father often visits Malaysia using my house address without our knowledge. I’m not Suresh how to go about this matter anymore and I’m surprised how can a person black listed by state imigresen can get visa from another state easily.
A concerned citizen of Malaysia who wants a good reply for this problem.
    Thank you

    Selamat petang diucapkan kepada Tuan.

saya PANG HON FONG, IC NO 660222-01-5325, berasal dari Johor Bahru. email:phfong@126.com

    sekian, terima kasih.

    Dear Officers,

Application to Exit Malaysia for Urgent Meetings.

I have sent application email dated 25 September 2020, and a follow up email at 30 September 2020, for Exit Malaysia for some urgent meetings in November 2020 in Calgary, Canada. I tried to call both numbers 03-88868110, 03-88868126 many times but no one is answering to my call.

May I know which is the right channel or procedure for me to go for the application.

Please help. Thank you very much.

    Best regards.
