I am trying to get an electronic signature token called Certum by Asseco. I need this electronic signature capability to submit our Polish financial statements to the authorities. I am a director of the entity. I have completed the subscriber agreement online and printed it, signed it and had it notarized by our California notary. It was rejected. Seems that the confirmation of the subscriber’s identity page needs to be signed and stamped. My notary inserted “see attached” in the signature line of the confirmation and attached a standard California notary acknowledgement and signed and stamped. They are refusing to accept this and my notary says that her requirements do not allow her to sign and stamp the confirmation as worded. Is there anything that can be done at the consolute? Maybe there is a Polish notary, or similar, that can sign and stamp the confirmation if I come to your office?

Any help that you can provide is appreciated.
