I received a call from immigration centre in Liverpool last week. On that occasion, Ben, an officer at HO, advised that my visa would be ready in a couple of days.
A week later, no sign of either mine or my 2 children’s visas
My husband, who applied and attended the appointment with me and our 2 children, was notified on Thursday that his visa was ready for collectione
What happened to visas of other 3 members in the family?!
This is the second time documents are being delayed and random visas being issues despite the fact that we applied as a family.
Last time my baby’s visa was displaces and lost for over 3 weeks It was found only when a UkMP interferred!
I do believe that treatment of the applicants is rather appalling. IT is unacceptable that there is no contact number for your offices and that nobody is available to provide help and guidance to those who wish to vist
As it is impossible to reach you on any numbers and get any information about our documents, I would really appreciate if someone could contact me to explain where the other 3 passports are and how much longer we would have to wait.
Also,could you confirm whether passports could be collectes on any working day,please.
