I received an email from TLS contact Harare yesterday morning that my passport is ready for collection, I live in Bulawayo and was expecting my passport to be delivered this morning. Can someone please explain when I will receive my passport as I need to travel ASAP
Facing the same problem. Did they deliver it in the end?
I booked an appointment to have Biometrics done in Harare for Thursday 19 May at 0930hrs, but I did not get any confirmation. I would to find out if this appointment is confirmed.

I want the contact number for the Harare office
I received 3 emails from TLS in the past week. The first email came in on Friday 11 November 2022 notifying me that my application for a UK visa had been successful. The second email came in on Monday 14 November 2022 notifying me that my passport was ready for collection. I stay in Bulawayo which is 435km away from Harare. I then made arrangements to go and collect my passport on Wednesday evening. To my surprise I then got another email from TLS yesterday morning asking me to be patient since my application was still being processed. I have been greatly inconvenienced by the last email that did not clarify why there was now a delay in me getting my passport back. Please assist. My REF number is GWF067608089
