I received an email from TLS contact Harare yesterday morning that my passport is ready for collection, I live in Bulawayo and was expecting my passport to be delivered this morning. Can someone please explain when I will receive my passport as I need to travel ASAP
Facing the same problem. Did they deliver it in the end?
I booked an appointment to have Biometrics done in Harare for Thursday 19 May at 0930hrs, but I did not get any confirmation. I would to find out if this appointment is confirmed.

I want the contact number for the Harare office
I received 3 emails from TLS in the past week. The first email came in on Friday 11 November 2022 notifying me that my application for a UK visa had been successful. The second email came in on Monday 14 November 2022 notifying me that my passport was ready for collection. I stay in Bulawayo which is 435km away from Harare. I then made arrangements to go and collect my passport on Wednesday evening. To my surprise I then got another email from TLS yesterday morning asking me to be patient since my application was still being processed. I have been greatly inconvenienced by the last email that did not clarify why there was now a delay in me getting my passport back. Please assist. My REF number is GWF067608089

I booked a flexi appointment for my daughter for14 February 2023, I have not received the booking confirmation email.
What should I bring on the date of the appointment?

I submitted an application for my skilled worker visa on the 17th of January 2023 and up to now I have not received a response. It’s now 21 days and all I see on the TLS website is recieved by VDC and that has been there since 18 of January and nothing else. How can I get in touch to chase up my application.
Got my decision 3rd of March but the 15 days from my biometric day have lapsed my dependant passport has not arrived. I am getting worried about the process.
I want to confirm if my application was processed as a Priority Visa as l paid for this service and was told a decision will be out within 7 to 10 days but today its day 11

On 5th September 2023, a phone call received by my husband, who is 84 years old and deaf, to say my new passport had arrived. I am resident in Gweru.
