I’m having difficulty in Booking an appointment for my Biometrics capturing for my visa application. After completing the payment for UK VISA and choosing the TLS Contact Ikeja for submission of my biometrics, I have made several attempts to book an appointment on your website but there is no available appointment date from August to December. Please help
I applied for visa since 25 July they couldn’t give me the visa on visiting the Abuja center to collect my passport they still it’s not available. Pls I need my passport as a matter of emergency. Pls

I was told that my son’s document has been released to the centre but l have not gotten any mail to that effect. I applied since September 15. I have also called the home office and was told decision have taken since that TLS should have contacted me but till now no email from TLS. Please help look into this as soon as possible.

Good day, I paid for courier service of #9,000 on your site on 09/11/2022 later I was sent a mail that the money is #11,000 online not #9,000 again then I paid the balance of #2,000 on 14/11/2022 making #11,000 so that my passport should be sent back to me and since then till now I’m yet to get my passport back and I do send them messages regarding the issue but no reply. My name is Bunmi Timilehin and my application number is GWF066037523, I have received a BRP email from the UK home office since 09/12/2022 that my application has been successful, when I waited for the TLscontact Ikeja Lagos to send mail for my travel document but wasn’t coming, I contacted the UK home office and I got an email response on the 15/01/2023 from the home office that they have contacted the visa application center holding my passport and that I should be contacted soon, but unfortunately I’m yet to be contacted, please kindly look into this as a matter of urgency as the vignette on the passport expires in 90 days from the date of approval out which 44 days is gone already.
