- Click “Provide Documents and Biometrics”
- Click Continue which will be redirected to TLS
- Now click “Track” to know the status of your application.

Good afternoon,
I am Isabel Mizalala, a French resident and I filled the form for UK visitor visa but I can’t find where to upload the documents.
Also, I am trying to take an appointment in TLScontact site for the biometrics fingerprints but there is only appointment for “Regular with available upgrade to Premium” but I can’t find an appointment Assisted Regular and Self service.
I am not sure if to book an appointment it is free or I have to pay in order to book an appointment.
I will be grateful if you could kindly indicate me the procedure.

I need to request the TLSContact centre at Paris to hold on to my Visa beyond the 28 day they have mentioned as I am travelling and cannot be in Paris to get my Visa stamped. How can I do this?
Je suis Hermann Danaud Nyat Kamga resident luxembourgeois,j’ai remplis le formulaire de demande de visiteur britannique et j’ai déjà payé les frais de visa,j’ai été déconnecté pour prendre mon rendez-vous à tls Paris. Depuis je n’arrive plus à me retrouver pour caler la date de mon rendez-vous. Svp indiqué moi la procédure à suivre afin de confirmer mon rendez-vous.
