To whom it may concern!
I am extremely unsatisfied with the service TLS offers. On the 27.12.2021 my application was submitted via their office, along with the biometrics. I was told it could take up to a month to obtain a response regarding my application. And of course one has to submit one’s passport too, which was done.
So over 3 MONTHS later I am still waiting for either a response and or even the return of my passport (which I need)! I have contacted the office via email, by which I receive an email telling me what I already know – “Your application has been submitted and is awaiting a response by the DMC…”
In February, the UK Visa and Immigration website stated that they will be prioritising Ukrainian migrants due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine. However my application was submitted 2 months prior to the events of Ukraine. What on earth takes them 2 months and longer to review my application and make a decision? Sorry but this is unacceptable. I tried contacting the DMC, however I am met with heavy call billing because I have to call from a European country, and that didn’t even work! The call just cuts off! Sending them an email will cost you as well, so it seems to me like it’s a big money making scheme!
I want my passport back! And I hope by writing this it will better inform others thinking of using TLS Visa and Immigration in Vienna. Or perhaps other people have had experiences at other application submitting offices anywhere else.
