I need to find out my situation concerning my length in egypt. I arrived december the 10th,2020 my ss# is 479563249
I have tried many times to find out what is going on with my stepsons immigrant visa case # CRO2016731014 Haroun Saber Mohamed Ahmed Haroun, and I never get a direct answer, I feel like someone is playing many games with my family. Since 2016 we have gone through all of the right steps to get his visa, submitted all documents requested, paid all the fees, my stepson who was underage went to the interview with his biological mother, was granted his visa on 02/06/2020, we purchased his flight ticket for 02/12/2020 and on 02/09/2020 he was asked to return to the Embassy because there was an error made on his visa. At this time an officer took his passport w/visa, put him in a room without his Mother and began questioning his purpose for wanting a immigrant visa. Since then I have tried contacting the Embassy via email, ( cairoiv @state.gov) and keep getting computer generated responses, stating his case is in Administrative processing. My stepsons case has gone through a lengthy period of Administrative processing, then he was granted his visaon 02/06/2020. As of 09/24/2020 my stepsons visa was re-issued via CEAC but was not delivered to him, and when I inquire via Email I get the same computer generated response. How can you re-issue the visa, but still be in Administrative processing? what have we done to get this type of treatment? This process has been emotionally draining for my stepson as well as myself. PLEASE PLEASE, can someone/ ANYONE, please give me some answers? and or point me in the direction to get answers please. I know we all have gone through a lot with Covid, but the world has open back up, and we would like to proceed with the plans for my stepsons education and future here in the United States. Thank you
My name is mazin Mohammed I am from Eritrean. refugee in Egypt from 2018 until now. And my situation is too bad so please I want our help. So I hope to see my problem.
