need help! wife is transferring a large amount of gold and diamonds from Frankfurt Germany to USA.. The gold and diamonds are from an inheritance. What is an anti terrorist certificate and why is it required to take an inheritance from Germany back to the states?

    Hello!

My name is KEITH PETERSON, an American, staying temporarily in Frankfurt with my Ukrainian wife. My complaint is that I am unable to speak with a representative in person at the General Consulate. Mainly, it is the appointment system. I have visited the Consulate twice and mostly talked down to, harried along and given misinformation. I explained to the American Citizen window guard that wanted an appointment for a representative’s audience. I was given a card with the GermanyACS@state.gov. and was assured I could request an appointment and would receive the confirmation letter to bring to the Consulate. Upon submitting my request for an appointment, I immediately received the “AutoReply” email with absolutely nothing even remotely related to an appointment, no instructions, nothing. It just gives circular references to websites that I have scoured for two months since arriving in Frankfurt, which do not address my request.

Being an American citizen, why is it that I cannot speak to my own representatives? I just need 10 minutes of audience to get advice concerning my critical questions.

I would appreciate a timely response at your earliest convenience.
    Thank you,
    KEITH PETERSON
