How to Pick up your Auction items?
To retrieve your items, you must present either the original receipt of the bank money transfer, including all required details from the payment paragraph, or a printed version of the Internet banking money transfer. You will have the full responsibility for subsequent handling procedures and removal from warehouse.

When you can Pickup your items?
After successful confirmation of your payment, you can pick them up from January 26th – the January 30th from 9:00am to 12:00pm – 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
What happens, if I do not pick up paid items during the scheduled time frame?
Any paid items not collected within the scheduled time frame will dispose of, and there will be no possibility of retrieval.
Can I get a refund if I do not pick up my items?
- Refunds will not be possible for uncollected items.
How do I Pay for Items Won at the US Embassy Lisbon Online Auction?
Payment for items must made exclusively via online bank transfer to the Embassy bank account or deposited at the Millenium Bank. The relevant account details are PT50 0033 0000 45542742959 05. It is important to indicate the e-auction number and the bidder in the remarks section of the recipient account.
- Fill in “Auction” followed by your bidder number in the “Message for recipient” item.
- Enter the total amount of your bid(s) in the local currency in the “Amount” item.
NOTES:
Bidders who win multiple items are required to make one combined payment for all items. Each lot must be identified as outlined above (1).
Retrieval of items is permitted only upon timely receipt of successful payment. Payment is deemed received when the funds are deposited in the U.S. Embassy bank account.
Payments are accepted only from January 19 to January 21, 2026. After this date, no payments will be accepted, and no second bidding will occur.
Bank transfers to the U.S. Embassy’s Millennium Bank account may take more than one business day. Items cannot be collected unless payment has been received and credited to the Embassy’s bank account.
