Yes. If you have green card from USA, you will be issued 14 days UAE visa provided that the visas or the green card is valid for at least six months from the date of arrival into the UAE.

I was told yes can get visa on arrival, but need a confirmation so as to produce to
the airlines in order to avoid any offloading the place or disallowing to board the plance

My son, who is studying in Germany for his masters, is planning to visit us ( parents ) in Dubai, UAE by Jan’23. He has a student visa and residency issued by Germany, this card expiring on 24-04-2024.
Can he get a on arrival visa in DXB airport, if so how many days?
