Procedure to apply for an Australian visa

c) Business Stream visa

• This visa category allows you to visit Australia for business purposes.

• You are permitted to make a brief visit for business purposes, but you are not permitted to work or sell goods or services.

d)Transit Visa

• People with visas can stay in Australia for up to 72 hours before having to leave.
• Holders of a Maritime Crew visa can use it to enter Australia by air to join a non-military ship.

3. Child visa

• A visa allows a child born outside of Australia to relocate to Australia to live with their parents.

a) Partner or spouse 

• Allows a partner or spouse of an Australian citizen, permanent resident of Australia, or eligible New Zealand citizen to live in Australia.
• You apply for both temporary and permanent partner visas at the same time.

b) Partner Visa (temporary)

This visa allows a de facto partner or spouse of an Australian citizen, permanent resident of Australia, or eligible New Zealand citizen to live in Australia temporarily. if you get this visa this would be the first step towards a permanent Partner visa (subclass 801).

a) Business Innovation and Investment

8. Media and Film Staff visa 

Temporary stay in Australia of correspondents or staff members of professional media posted by overseas news organizations, Photographers, television and film crews, and other personnel for the production of documentaries or commercials for exclusive overseas consumption.

A letter of support is required for stays of up to three months, or if the organization is not represented in Australia, or if entering under a bilateral agreement.

9. Sports visa

Depending on the sporting activity and the length of your stay in Australia, you may require sponsorship and a letter of invitation.

10. Religious work visa
