I renewed my US passport in Cebu Phil. US embassy. However it was returned to the US Embassy because the shipper Air 21 does not deliver to the island of Pilar(Ponson Island) in the Camotes Islands. Also Air21 as changed their procedure and no longer accepts texts, emails or phone calls. They send a tracking # by text message with no way to reply back to them. When it is tracked on the internet it only says it is on the truck in Cebu. And again no way to leave a message or contact them.
So, please resend the passport to the AIR 21 OFFICE in ORMOC , LEYTE, and I can pick it up there.
