    i need your help
    my name is victoria beyl, german citizen,11.12.69 in karlsruhe.
    i got married to Gary Jason Beyl,02.22.72 in 2010. he passed away 2015 and i am a widoe since then. I have 3 stepkids overseas and i flew each year 2 time to be with them and looking for their wellbing. They have anxicty issues since their dad died and with all the covid lockdown its getting not better.

    my Question b: because i am a widoe do i need to apply for a NIE Visa or can i use inly my esta because the kids are under the age of 21.
    I cant find anything what tells me the answer for my situation.
