To whom it may concern,
my name is victoria beyl, born 11.12.69 in karlsruhe germany. I got married to gary jason beyl, born 02.22.72 in billings mt. we lived here in germany. he was diagnosed in 2014 with cancer and died in 2015. since then i flew twice a year to see the stepkids (age unde 21) to make sure their wellbing.
my question is: do i have to aplly for a Nie Visa (because i am a widow) or can i fly with only the esta because the stepkids are under the agee of 21. i cant anything what tells me the answer over the internet:

I have 3 stepkids overseas and i flew each year 2 times to be with them and looking for their wellbing. They have anxicty issues since their dad died and with all the covid lockdown its getting not better.
my Question : because i am a widow do i need to apply for a NIE Visa or can i use only my esta because the kids are under the age of 21.
I cant find anything what tells me the answer for my situation.
